Toronto Financial Controller Position

In this role, you will manage crucial financial processes and reporting while supporting a Senior Accounting Specialist and AP Specialist. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and reports

• Direct audit and compliance processes efficiently

• Manage variance analysis and assist in annual budget preparation

• Support payroll administration and employee expense management

• Improve financial modelling and reporting procedures

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting firms

• CPA designation (or in progress) essential

• Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

• Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software

• Strong interpersonal skills with proven management experience
