Glasslake is seeking a Senior Associate, Commercial Originations to enhance our mortgage lending operations across Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. In this mid to senior-level position, you will engage in strategic business development, and build essential relationships with key stakeholders. By evaluating transactions and providing investment insights, you will contribute significantly to our nationwide growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and originate CRE debt opportunities across various product types

• Build a robust pipeline of multifamily, industrial, and retail loans

• Strengthen relationships with brokers, owners, and developers nationwide

• Collaborate with underwriting teams for transaction evaluation

• Present investment opportunities to executive committees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred

• 5-7 years in commercial real estate finance

• Proven track record in sourcing transactions

• Strong business development and strategic skills

• Deep industry relationships and expertise across CRE products
