Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile cash, transactions, and complex financial products

• Investigate reconciliation discrepancies with custodians and brokers

• Set up daily file deliveries for accurate reconciliations

• Assist auditors with accurate data for institutional clients

• Drive continuous improvement of IPO processes for efficiency

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Finance or related field

• Minimum of 4 years in investment operations and reconciliation

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement
