Director of Financial Planning

Lead strategic financial initiatives as Open Table’s Director of Financial Planning & Analysis in Toronto. Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and financial oversight to support operational growth.

This senior role focuses on managing Open Table’s Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditures while partnering with department heads for optimal financial decisions. You'll deliver insights into spend efficiency and capital deployment while also overseeing commission programs to align with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for operating expenses

• Oversee evaluation and prioritization of capital expenditures

• Provide financial guidance on commission plans and execution

• Create management reporting packages for senior leadership

• Implement scalable FP&A processes for enhanced efficiency

Requirements:

• 7–10 years in corporate finance or FP&A roles

• Advanced financial modeling skills and experience with large datasets

• Proven leadership in managing finance teams

• Exceptional communication skills to influence non-financial leaders

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
