Reporting to the Senior Manager of Loan Servicing, you will oversee post-funding activities on commercial mortgages, focusing on tax processing and legal documentation. You'll handle tax disbursements, manage solicitor final reports, and support payment processing while contributing to automation initiatives.

Your role is crucial for ensuring compliance and providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tax escrow accounts and payments for client properties

• Collect tax bills and prepare timely payment backups

• Follow up on solicitor final reports post-funding

• Maintain PPSA renewals and amendments accurately

• Process payments and ensure timely reconciliation

Requirements:

• 2+ years of mortgage administration experience

• Knowledge of commercial mortgage legal documents

• Proficiency in loan servicing systems

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Post-secondary degree or diploma required
