Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality capital reporting insights for senior leadership

• Implement and monitor division-wide capital management initiatives

• Develop multi-year capital plans and produce solvency forecasts

• Shape control frameworks for continuous improvement

• Mentor analysts and actuaries to promote growth

Requirements:

• Fellow of Institute & Faculty of Actuaries or similar

• Experience in capital management, Economic and regulatory frameworks preferred

• Strong knowledge of capital reporting bases

• Excellent communication skills in stakeholder management

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
