Join a banking operations team supporting high-volume client transfer activities within a fast-paced call center environment. This role focuses on outbound communication with financial institutions, internal system updates, and processing activities tied to Banking Wealth transfers. The team provides a full week of training along with ongoing support in a collaborative environment. This opportunity offers exposure to operational workflows and financial services processes within a close-knit team.

• Previous Banking Wealth experience
• Experience with ISM, EIS, or ticketing systems
• Banking experience
• Bilingual French and English
• Experience with macros

• Conduct outbound calls to financial institutions regarding client transfers
• Update internal systems with transfer and client information
• Perform data entry activities related to operational processing
• Work within ISM, Kofax, and in-house case management systems
• Follow up on client transfers into TD Wealth in a timely manner
• Participate in daily team huddles
• Handle customer data during operational processing activities
