This full-time Analyst position is vital to producing the commercial mortgage portfolio at First National. You will analyze financial documents, review third-party reports, and prepare loan summaries to aid in the loan approval process.

Your role will involve collaboration with various teams to ensure all loan conditions are met while managing multiple tasks effectively and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data like rent rolls and statements

• Review appraisals and environmental assessments

• Prepare comprehensive loan summaries and documentation

• Coordinate with funders, investors, and legal teams

• Support the commercial mortgage division’s goals

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree or MBA in Finance/Real Estate

• Minimum 2 years in commercial real estate preferred

• Knowledge of real estate lending regulations

• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

• Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel
