Senior Finance Systems Analyst Role

Join a global life insurance firm's Finance Transformation team as a Senior Finance Systems Analyst. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive system improvements and financial reporting integrity.

You will partner with Finance and Technology teams to enhance process efficiency and implement transformation initiatives. Your strong technical accounting expertise will enable you to document, test, and deliver on finance project objectives effectively. The position also demands stakeholder engagement and robust change management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead finance transformation initiative deliveries

• Design and execute user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Rebuild and validate financial reports for accuracy

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Develop structured documentation for processes

Requirements:

• 4+ years in finance systems and transformation initiatives

• Strong accounting standards knowledge (IFRS, US GAAP)

• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar systems

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

• Ability to work in multi-entity environments
