Financial Analyst in Downtown

Become a crucial Financial Analyst in downtown Toronto, managing broker commissions and providing insights to senior leaders. Proactively address financial inquiries while building strong client relationships.

This in-office position with the flexibility to work remotely two days a week requires a motivated Financial Analyst. In this role, you will support business leaders with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. Your exceptional organizational skills will help you prioritize multiple projects effectively while remaining a collaborative team member.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage broker commission programs and financial inquiries

• Provide analytical support for decision-making processes

• Develop financial forecasts and cost management initiatives

• Create formal and ad-hoc reports for senior leaders

• Ensure timely monthly financial reporting and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting

• 1-3 years relevant finance or business experience

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point

• Familiarity with People Soft and Tableau considered an asset
