Mutual Funds Analyst

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Robertson is seeking a skilled Mutual Funds Analyst to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.
Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $30 per hour

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:

• Process mutual fund trades and settlements
• Investigate and resolve transaction breaks and discrepancies
• Handle Fund SERV transactions and money movements
• Use Excel macros to support operational processes
• Provide customer service and respond to inquiries
• Maintain compliance with operational and regulatory procedures

• University graduate in Finance degree required
• 5 years of Accountant experience required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, pivots, macros)
• Banking/Financial experience
• Tech Savvy- ability to pick up internal systems quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook and Excel)
• Trade settlements
