In this pivotal role, you will leverage at least 10 years of experience in investment consulting, focusing on client relationships and strategic investment recommendations. Your expertise will guide clients in determining investment objectives and policies while expanding Mercer's Investment Consulting services. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored investment advice for client objectives

• Create and evaluate investment strategies for large clients

• Lead marketing efforts within Endowment and Foundation segments

• Foster relationships through presentations and RFPs

• Supervise and mentor project team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or economics

• Minimum 10 years in investment consulting or relationship management

• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment industry

• CFA or FICA certification is a plus

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
