Underwriting Associate in Real Estate Finance

In this position, based out of our Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary offices, you'll analyze conventional and CMHC-insured loans while collaborating with clients and brokers. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and recommend mortgage loans based on guidelines

• Collaborate with Account Manager and VP on loan applications

• Engage clients and brokers throughout the underwriting process

• Review third-party reports for policy compliance

• Execute timely rate locks and documentation delivery

Requirements:

• 3+ years in commercial real estate finance

• Strong financial background with CMHC policy knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Works well in team settings and independently

• Bilingual in French and English is preferred
