Key Responsibilities:

• Handle mortgage file instructions and advancements

• Verify all mortgage conditions and documentation

• Liaise with solicitors regarding fund release and file status

• Organize files and maintain comprehensive records

• Ensure adherence to quality assurance and AML policies

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or relevant experience necessary

• Experience in the mortgage sector preferred

• Mortgage Agent Course or pertinent licensing preferred

• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite required
