As part of the tax team at Northland, you will engage deeply in tax accounting and compliance processes. Your responsibilities will span quarterly tax provisions, OECD Pillar Two compliance, and interaction with finance teams and external advisors. This position requires you to be in the office four days a week, with flexibility for one remote day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate quarterly tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Oversee preparation of Canadian tax provisions and working papers
• Prepare and review quarterly tax-related journal entries
• Assist with statutory IFRS tax disclosures and group reporting
• Support the global tax compliance process and timely tax filings
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance
• 3+ years of tax accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax and IFRS
• Basic knowledge of tax technology and data tools
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
