Finance Manager at Bob Rumball

This full-time position reports to the Senior Director of Finance. You will oversee daily financial activities for the Canadian Centre of Excellence, Camp for the Deaf, and Foundation for the Deaf. Key areas of focus include financial reporting, operational accounting, and compliance, with opportunities for process improvements and leadership in team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Finance team in best practices

• Oversee preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements

• Coordinate annual financial audits with external parties

• Monitor financial performance and conduct variance analysis

• Support the annual budgeting process with department leaders

Requirements:

• CPA designation in good standing

• At least three years of managerial experience

• Strong skills in financial reporting and budgeting

• Experience with government funding and audits

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software
