In this role with the Benefits Administration team at TELUS Health, you will contribute to enhancing financial security for thousands of clients. Your responsibilities include processing transactions, preparing reports, and resolving inquiries from plan members. This position offers an opportunity to deepen your expertise in pension administration while supporting the organization’s mission for employee wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process interfund transfers and client transactions

• Provide regular and ad hoc client reports

• Respond to inquiries from plan members and clients

• Audit and update information in the software

• Liaise with consultants and investment managers

Requirements:

• Strong customer service experience in pensions

• Relevant university degree required

• 1-2 years’ experience in the pension industry

• Knowledge of provincial pension legislation

• Progress towards CSC or IFIC designation preferred
