Client-Focused Private Banking Associate

As a Private Banking Associate, you will lend your expertise to private banking clients by providing administrative and sales support to Advisors. This role involves assisting with transactional needs, addressing product inquiries, and supporting lending and investment inquiries. Your customer-centric attitude helps empower CIBC’s goal of building meaningful relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and facilitate meetings with appropriate banking staff

• Process client requests for payments, wires, and account inquiries

• Coordinate communication for credit renewals and financial documentation

• Assist with special marketing events and maintain marketing materials

• Input client data and manage account-related records

Requirements:

• Experience with loan, mortgage, and investment products

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

• Knowledge of branch operations and CIBC partner resources

• Critical thinking ability for effective problem-solving

• Availability for hybrid work arrangement discussions
