Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor aged receivables and overdue customer accounts

• Contact customers via phone, email, and letters for payments

• Negotiate repayment plans for delinquent accounts

• Prepare documentation for escalated collection matters

• Investigate disputes and provide resolution recommendations

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of collections or financial recovery experience

• Proven ability to manage overdue accounts effectively

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Intermediate Excel proficiency

• On-site work required in the Toronto office
