OMERS is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to lead the Valuations team in Toronto. This role requires a strategic mindset and expertise in financial analysis, portfolio management, and valuation methodologies. You will collaborate effectively with Finance and Investment teams to drive business outcomes and empower employee growth through mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quarterly portfolio valuation analysis
• Foster a collaborative team culture through mentorship
• Oversee financial models for strategic planning
• Deliver data-driven insights with Investment Teams
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects
Requirements:
• 5+ years of valuation experience, CBV preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to adapt under pressure in dynamic environments
