We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our Valuations team in Toronto. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining valuation models for the infrastructure and private equity platforms to support the quarterly valuation and forecasting process. Other responsibilities include performing portfolio analytics and conducting scenario analysis to support the Finance and Investment Teams, as required.

As a valued member of theOMERS Investment Finance and Valuations Team, you will play a critical role in developing portfolio analysis that supports strategic decision‑making.
Your Responsibilities- Supporting the quarterly portfolio analysis to assess performance trends, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Maintaining and enhancing financial models that support strategic planning and scenario analysis across infrastructure and private equity portfolios.
- Collaborating with Investment Teamsto deliver timely, data‑driven insights that inform decision‑making and optimize portfolio outcomes.
- Supporting the development of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and accurate financial planning.
- Contributing system enhancements and process improvements, including the implementation of portfolio management tools and automation initiatives.
- Participating in special projects and ad hoc analyses, providing expertise and innovative solutions to financial challenges.
- Financial & Technical Expertise:
Experience in valuation, accounting, finance, or a related field, with general knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, financial statements, and financial analysis. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and the ability to work with financial models.
