Q Wealth Asset Management is searching for a Director or Associate Director to enhance their systematic investment capabilities. You will collaborate with the Deputy Chief Investment Officer to create and refine rules-based investment strategies and improve existing frameworks. Your expertise in portfolio construction and quantitative research will directly impact the firm's growth and the services offered to a rapidly expanding advisor network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Deputy Chief Investment Officer on investment strategy development

• Build and manage rules-based investment solutions and pooled funds

• Research and implement systematic investment strategies using BQuant

• Develop portfolio methodologies and screening frameworks

• Conduct quantitative research in factor investing and risk analysis

Requirements:

• 5–10 years in investment management or related field

• Strong knowledge of capital markets and systematic investing

• Proficiency in Python; experience with BQuant preferred

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• CFA charter holder or Master's degree in Finance preferred
