The Accounts Receivable Analyst will manage complex AR activities and collaborate with the AR Manager to streamline operations. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of finance experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to resolve billing discrepancies. You'll contribute significantly to the Finance team while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily AR activities including invoicing and cash application

• Follow up on overdue balances and escalate risks appropriately

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries

• Support credit and collection policy enforcement

• Prepare AR aging reports and month-end close activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2–5 years in accounts receivable or finance role

• Strong knowledge of AR processes and ERP systems

• Excel proficiency including pivots and lookups

• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
