Operations Control Services Specialist

Be a key player at Fidelity as an Operations Control Services Specialist in Toronto with a flexible hybrid schedule. Oversee exchange transactions and ensure accurate processing within financial services.

This fixed-term contract role, ending November 30, 2027, requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations, focusing on trade reconciliation and corporate actions. You will handle tasks like managing option exercises and resolving trade discrepancies, all within a cutting-edge work environment at Fidelity Clearing Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily exchange activity and notify IBs of trade breaks

• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies effectively

• Process cancellations and adjustments based on IB instructions

• Maintain records for options transactions in Dataphile

• Communicate timely account adjustments to Introducing Brokers

Requirements:

• 5+ years in financial operations

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Experience in brokerage preferred

• Knowledge of trade reconciliation and Dataphile

• Canadian Securities Course completion is a plus
