As part of the Capital Markets Operations team, this managerial role focuses on margin and collateral functions supporting repo activities. Overseeing exposure calculation, margin calls, and collateral management, you'll ensure compliance with contractual terms and Service Level Agreements. Your leadership will drive scalable models through standardization and automation in a fast-evolving financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead margin and collateral processes ensuring legal compliance

• Manage exposure calculation, issuance of margin calls

• Oversee collateral allocation, valuation, and settlement

• Investigate and resolve margin disputes and operational issues

• Draft procedural enhancements to improve data quality
