• Candidates for this post are appointed to develop a rapport to understand and be responsive to credit union client needs.
• They’re also appointed to assist others in the area by mentoring and providing a level of expertise to build stronger relationships and generate credit union business.
• Candidates are required at this post for forecasting, financial and demand analysis, negotiation, pricing and distribution recommendations and a solid understanding of product knowledge.
• They’re also appointed to understand the products of balance sheet management, and the trust market and its impacts on the credit union system.

• Candidates must attain the ability to provide effective sales organization design to be eligible for this post.
• They must attain a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in sales and sales management to be eligible for this post.
• They must attain dedicated working experience in leading changes in a direct sales force.
• Candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Economics are preferred for this post.
