Objectway is seeking a Compliance Manager who will evolve into the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) under NI 31-103. You will establish and oversee the firm’s compliance framework, work closely with the UDP, and guide executive leadership through regulatory modernization and investor protection.
You will lead dynamic regulatory reporting, risk assessment, and a broad set of KYC/KYP, AML, and governance activities while fostering a culture of integrity and strong controls in a growing fintech
