Position: Verifications Associate at Hard Rock Digital
Become a key member of Hard Rock Digital as a Verifications Associate. This vital role focuses on identity verification and compliance, ensuring customer onboarding is seamless and secure.

As a Verifications Associate, you will join a dynamic operations team dedicated to ensuring KYC compliance and managing customer interactions. You will address risks, handle escalations, and support customers through a sensitive onboarding process. Your analytical skills will shine as you spot red flags and maintain compliance standards related to AML/KYC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer  per company policy

• Handle case resolutions and escalations efficiently

• Communicate with customers for support and information

• Perform detailed PEP and Sanction screenings

• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Customer Support teams

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to make informed risk-based decisions

• Understanding of data protection policies

• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
