Cross-Asset Investing Associate at HOOPP

Become an essential member of HOOPP's investment team as a Cross-Asset Investing Associate. In this role, you'll leverage AI-enabled research to manage thematic portfolios effectively across various markets.

Reporting directly to the Senior Portfolio Manager, you will engage in the dynamic cross-asset investment process, identifying macroeconomic trends and building actionable investment theses. Your strong analytical skills will support the development and integration of AI research workflows to ensure successful portfolio outcomes while monitoring positions across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify investment opportunities from macroeconomic developments

• Develop and validate investment theses across asset classes

• Conduct structured fundamental research on various opportunities

• Design and maintain AI investment research workflows

• Monitor portfolio positions and track performance

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance or related fields

• 2-5 years in macro or thematic investment roles

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Proficient in Python and Excel

• Experience with AI tools in investment research
