The ideal candidate will oversee capital structuring while actively developing new financial products and optimizing fund-level returns through innovative debt strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with executives on funding and capital risk strategies

• Enhance returns with alternative debt and capital optimization

• Manage borrowing base for credit facilities and liquidity

• Build new financial institution relationships for senior debt

• Lead financial product structuring, including B-notes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

• 10+ years in banking or financial services experience

• CFA, CPA, or MBA designation preferred

• Proven track record in managing credit facilities

• Knowledge of structured debt products and Canadian regulations
