Position: Client Onboarding Specialist at Insight Global
Become a key player in wealth management with Insight Global as a Client Onboarding Specialist. Facilitate seamless onboarding and account transfers in a regulated environment.

In this critical role, you will support new clients and manage investments with precision. The ideal candidate possesses 1-3 years in operations and has experience with onboarding and financial documentation. Your organization and communication skills will ensure smooth case management while collaborating with Investment Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process new client account applications

• Validate information for accuracy across systems

• Follow up with Investment Advisors for missing documentation

• Initiate and track account transfer requests from outside institutions

• Escalate issues and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in operations or onboarding roles

• Knowledge of financial documentation and transfers

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and multiple systems
