Key Responsibilities:

• Contact past due customers using appropriate methods

• Negotiate payment arrangements within authorized limits

• Document call activities accurately in the Collections system

• Assess risk and refer accounts for further action

• Achieve individual collection targets and goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in auto financing collections

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with skip tracing and credit bureaus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to speak French is an asset
