The Cash Application Clerk plays a crucial role in managing day-to-day cash activities for the Shared Services team. Candidates should have 1-3 years of cash applications experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience with Great Plains and High Radius will be considered an asset, especially in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply cash receipts for multiple business lines daily

• Send detailed customer statements for accounts

• Prepare electronic bank deposits accurately

• Generate historical aging reports timely

• Respond efficiently to business unit inquiries

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of cash applications experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to handle high transaction volumes

• Experience with Great Plains and High Radius preferred
