Financial Analyst for Business Insights

Enhance financial performance insights as a Financial Analyst reporting directly to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. This role focuses on advanced financial modeling and variance analysis to drive business decisions.

In this position, you will support the development of monthly and annual budgets while analyzing complex financial data. Your collaboration with business partners will be crucial in identifying performance drivers and implementing actionable recommendations. Engage in the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy in GL entries and accruals while preparing management reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support revenue and expense forecasts monthly

• Assist in developing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights

• Prepare management reporting for client groups

• Participate in monthly finance review meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field

• 2+ years in Financial Planning and Analysis

• Strong analytical skills for complex data

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities

• Knowledge of SAP and CPM management tools
