As Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Anti-Money Laundering Officer, you will report to the General Manager while overseeing compliance with Canadian laws and internal policies. Your leadership will enhance the Branch's compliance culture and ensure adherence to OSFI and FINTRAC mandates. Be the key advisor to Senior Management, driving effective compliance strategies and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Regulatory Compliance Management and AML frameworks

• Develop and enhance compliance policies and procedures

• Oversee risk assessments and remediation activities

• Serve as primary liaison with OSFI and regulators

• Coordinate regulatory examinations and internal audits

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in Compliance or Financial Crime

• Strong knowledge of Canadian regulatory environments

• Professional certifications preferred (CAMS, CRCM)

• Fluent in English and Mandarin

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
