Position: Capital Markets Performance Manager at RBC
Lead the performance management initiatives for Capital Markets at RBC, guiding planning and analysis to deliver actionable insights. This full-time role emphasizes strategic oversight and advanced financial acumen.

As a manager in the performance management team, your expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) will ensure accurate deliverables. You will be instrumental in developing analytical tools, enhancing controls, and generating presentation materials for the CFO and senior stakeholders. Your contributions will significantly impact the organization's strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee capital markets performance reporting and month-end commentary

• Support ad hoc financial analyses and deliverables

• Coordinate the Plan & 5-year Financial Outlook effectively

• Prepare financial sensitivity analyses and forecasts

• Identify opportunities for process transformation and productivity improvement

Requirements:

• CPA, CFA, or MBA required

• Experience in finance and reporting environments

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset
