Senior Project Manager M&A

Lead the integration of Euroz Hartleys Group at a major Canadian bank in Toronto as a Senior Project Manager. This hybrid role focuses on M&A program governance and stakeholder management.

A major Canadian bank is expanding its Project Management team within the M&A group to oversee the recent acquisition. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing complex relationships and driving effective integration of capital markets trading platforms. Proven experience in Mergers and Acquisitions within Canadian banks is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a deputy to the M&A Program Lead

• Drive program governance and technical integration

• Manage relationships across executive and technology teams

• Oversee integration of trading platforms and data dependencies

Requirements:

• Proven M&A project experience in Canadian banking

• Deep knowledge of capital markets trading environments

• Hands-on experience with trading platforms

• IRESS exposure preferred

• Experience with international banking regulations is a plus
