Investment Operations Analyst - On-Site

Join Vaco by Highspring as an Investment Operations Analyst based in downtown Toronto. This on-site role focuses on managing investment portfolios and maintaining data integrity throughout the investment lifecycle.

This 6-month contract position requires supporting the operational administration of private investment portfolios. Candidates should bring 3+ years of investment operations experience, with exposure to private markets, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and enhance controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support operational administration of private investment portfolios

• Maintain accurate investment and transaction records

• Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies

• Review investment documentation and transactions

• Assist with cash management and month-end activities

Requirements:

• 3+ years in investment operations or fund administration

• Experience in private markets or alternative investments

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Reside within the Greater Toronto Area
