Manager of Financial Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Bank’s internal policies and regulations

• Oversee budget monitoring and financial reporting

• Develop and implement process improvements for expense management

• Train staff on Anaplan tool and budget procedures

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational challenges

Requirements:

• University degree with focus on Business or Accounting

• 3-5 years’ experience in financial management

• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles

• Excellent Excel and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making ability
