Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve complex regulatory complaints

• Ensure compliance with CIRO complaint handling requirements

• Interact with partners to verify facts and recommend compensation

• Perform detailed calculations for financial risk assessment

• Identify trends and recommend solutions based on reporting

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in client-facing complaint response

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite
