Strategic Financial Planning Director

Position: Strategic Financial Planning Director at OpenTable
Join Open Table in Toronto as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Spearhead financial planning and budget management to empower strategic operational investments.

You'll be responsible for ownership of Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditures, partnering with department leaders to ensure effective resource allocation and spending oversight. Provide insights and reporting that drive cost efficiencies and support the execution of commission programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting and monitor monthly financial forecasts

• Evaluate and track capital expenditures to guide investments

• Direct the oversight of commission programs in partnership with Sales Operations

• Deliver financial review packages for management evaluation

• Enhance FP&A processes through technology and automation

Requirements:

• 7–10 years in FP&A or corporate finance

• Strong skills in financial modeling and usage of ERP systems

• Management experience with finance teams

• Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
