Financial Manager with BaaN Experience

A leading CSM organization seeks a Financial Manager experienced in BaaN to provide insightful analysis and support strategic financial decisions. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance financial performance.

This position encompasses critical responsibilities such as ensuring timely completion of budgets and forecasts while delivering insightful financial analyses. You will prepare monthly P&L statements, evaluate pricing impacts, and collaborate with HR on payroll accuracy. Leading the financial review presentation preparations and investigating cost changes are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure completion of budgets and forecasts at various levels

• Deliver timely financial analyses and reporting

• Prepare monthly P&L reports for all organizational levels

• Oversee month-end close reviews in BAAN and AX

• Analyze pricing impacts in collaboration with Product Managers

Requirements:

• 5 years of managerial or financial analysis experience

• Highly recommended BaaN experience

• Proficient in Excel and Power Point

• Strong communication skills for summarization

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
