Hybrid Actuarial Associate

Step into an Actuarial Associate position at Partner Re's Toronto office, focusing on Solvency II and Bermuda Monetary Authority reporting. This hybrid role values in-office collaboration, requiring attendance three days a week.

As an Actuarial Associate, you will join the Corporate Actuarial Reporting team, executing quarterly valuations and reserve analyses for various life products. Your expertise will contribute to capital reporting and practical enhancements, while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out quarterly valuations for life insurance lines

• Analyze reserves and Required Capital movements

• Maintain AXIS models for reporting purposes

• Investigate and implement process improvements

• Collaborate with risk and finance teams as necessary

Requirements:

• Experience in AXIS modeling preferred

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Excel

• SQL skills are a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Completion of at least three actuarial exams
