Become a leader in mergers and acquisitions with MNP as their Vice President. This pivotal role encompasses managing complex corporate finance dealings and enhancing client services.

As Vice President, you will lead mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising efforts while overseeing client interactions and financial assessments. With a focus on delivering high-quality recommendations, your strong management skills will help motivate the team and cultivate client relationships. You will also identify market trends to proactively support clients' strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end M&A and capital-raising transactions

• Prepare and review deliverables including investment memoranda

• Conduct client meetings to discuss financial strategies

• Identify and analyze competitive dynamics and KPIs

• Mentor team members and conduct performance reviews

Requirements:

• 5 to 6+ years of experience in transaction advisory

• Master’s degree or professional designation preferred

• Comprehensive financial analysis and modeling skills

• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel as necessary
