Position: Experienced Controller Wanted at NorthStar Gaming
Step into the role of Controller at North Star Gaming and oversee vital financial functions. Utilize your significant IFRS knowledge and public company experience to enhance operational control.

This role reports to the VP of Finance and seeks a proactive leader with over 8 years in accounting, including 2+ years in a controllership. You will support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and compliance, enabling the organization to meet its financial objectives while fostering robust stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive financial planning and analysis

• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting

• Lead budget development and performance monitoring

• Manage financial audits and external auditors

• Evaluate investments and cost-cutting initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in finance; 2 years in a controllership role

• CPA required; iGaming experience advantageous

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft and ERP applications

• Comfortable handling sensitive financial data
