Hybrid Finance Manager Role

Join Banyan Software as a Finance Manager and contribute to our innovative finance operations from Yorkville, Toronto in a hybrid environment. Your expertise in financial reporting and operations will be crucial for success.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Finance, overseeing essential functions like revenue recognition and financial analysis. You’ll work directly with finance and operational teams to elevate our efforts in managing and growing portfolio companies. Your input will help guide strategic decision-making throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end closes ensuring US GAAP compliance

• Mentor both offshore and onsite finance teams effectively

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and drive KPIs

• Manage system migration and policy alignment for new acquisitions

• Ensure comprehensive documentation for audit readiness

Requirements:

• CPA or similar; over 5 years of relevant experience

• Proven track record in audits and budgeting

• Preferred to have or pursuing accounting designation

• Proficiency in accounting standards and practices

• Net Suite familiarity is an added advantage
