Risk Management Leader at Loop

In this key role, you will take ownership of risk functions and transform them into competitive advantages. The Head of Risk will operate from Loop's headquarters, focusing on enhancing performance and safety as part of a high-growth Fin Tech journey. You'll partner with various departments to embed risk thinking, ensuring the company maintains a high standard of operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end process for business customer onboarding

• Direct daily AML activities and monitor transactions

• Oversee credit risk management and collections strategies

• Develop risk performance dashboards and reports

• Coach and mentor your risk operations team

Requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in risk management

• Proven ability in KYC and AML processes

• In-depth understanding of Canadian financial regulations

• Exceptional communication and judgment skills

• Adaptability to rapidly evolving environments
