As the Country Compliance and Operational Risk Manager, you will collaborate with various C&OR teams to provide comprehensive oversight. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing risk management reporting for governance

• Oversee training and communication strategies for FLU/CF

• Maintain comprehensive C&OR policies and regulatory standards

• Identify and communicate regulatory changes to stakeholders

• Engage in thematic analysis of issues and control enhancements

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent

• 5+ years of securities experience in a financial setting

• Compliance expertise in relevant trading sectors

• Knowledge of project management

• French language skills are a plus
