Key Responsibilities:
• Handle corporate restructuring and insolvency projects
• Lead clients through distressed mergers and acquisitions
• Collaborate with stakeholders like debtors and creditors
• Prepare financial models and conduct cash flow analysis
• Generate business reports and recommendations for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in finance or accounting
• CPA and/or MBA completion required
• Candidate for Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional
• 8+ years of experience in professional services or financial advisory
• Strong financial analysis and communication skills
