Corporate Credit Analyst in Montreal

As part of the Diversified Corporate team, you will analyze credit exposures presented by various business units. Your work will encompass closely reviewing financial documents, crafting detailed reports, and ensuring accurate credit ratings using our internal models. Collaboration with senior management will be key to presenting final decisions based on your thorough investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review credit requests and obtain necessary financial data

• Write detailed analyses on borrower financial health

• Assess and recommend credit ratings based on evaluations

• Work alongside Sector Head for final recommendations

• Ensure deadlines are met for file completions

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of credit risk and financial principles

• Previous experience in credit analysis or corporate finance

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

• Ability to collaborate across departments

• Proficient in financial databases and report writing
